Steve Robinson, Founder of Tarmac Tours Spain, has been riding for many years, the last 36 years of which in his adopted Spain. His experience includes types from the classic Honda 750 Four and Triumph Bonneville, through Fireblades and trailies, to his current Tiger 1200GT Pro.
He moved to Spain in 1988, speaks fluent Spanish and has been riding all over Europe since then. Steve is the principle Guide for your Tour and he has a wealth of knowledge on all things “Moto” as well as routes, cafés, restaurants and bars!
Lynne, long suffering wife of Steve, is an experienced pillion, has been living in Spain for 39 years and also speaks fluent Spanish.
Lynne provides the support that is fundamental to the success of a memorable Tour. Her knowledge of the culture & history of Spain adds enormously to the pleasure and knowledge gained when riding with us.
Her cooking skills are second to none and she knows in great depth, what bikers like to eat and drink after a day on the road!
She also drives the support minibus…………..
Laureana, the third member of the TTS Team, is the daughter of Lynne and Steve. Born in Spain, she speaks fluent Spanish (and English…….) and has been riding since she was 16. Starting with a Honda CG125 and progressing to a Yamaha Fazer FZ6 and currently a Tracer 700 she has ridden all over southern Spain, including many trips to Jerez for the MotoGP. Riding with 16,000 other bikes is quite an experience!
Laure guides some Tours, also drives the support minibus and she has an unrivalled knowledge of the local night-life!
